Mountaintops on the very north of the Eastern Mountains. There, Grand Lord Kirak had discovered a manmade portal taking him to two places somewhere in the world; one was to the snowy plains where he had found nothing in particular and another was to the Underground, where they had noticed the presence of the Maneaters.
