Huge leeches that the Exploitationists use to make the fatigued inmates do physical labor. After they plant those leeches on their heads, the leech spills the venom which enters the human brain and makes it operate for at least a full day before the body drops useless. Then, the leech slithers away and the afflicted human needs at least a week to recover.
