Storm Elementals are magical creatures usually summoned to fight in a battle or change the composition of clouds so as to reduce or increase weather activity. Sarus the Fire Wizard had summoned Storm Elementals near Asyyn to wreak havoc on the region’s ability to grow food, as a part of his feud with the King.
